ForeclosureCalendar.com is a free reference tool that aggregates publicly available Florida foreclosure auction data into a single searchable calendar. The site is designed for active real estate investors, real estate attorneys, title professionals, and distressed property researchers who need current, consolidated foreclosure auction information.
What we do
We collect publicly available Florida foreclosure auction data — dates, times, property addresses, opening bids, case numbers, and registration details — and present it in a consistent, searchable format. We verify the data weekly and flag records that are pending, postponed, or concluded. Every auction record includes a link to the official county clerk source for independent verification.
Our coverage
ForeclosureCalendar currently covers six Florida counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Lee, and Sarasota. Coverage will expand to all 67 Florida counties through the remainder of the year, followed by national expansion in year two.
What we don't do
