Florida Foreclosure Auctions. In one place.
Track every active foreclosure case across all 67 counties. Updated continuously in one searchable interface.
Why ForeclosureCalendar exists
Florida foreclosure data is public, but it's spread across 67 separate county clerk websites. Each county publishes its own calendar, in its own format, on its own schedule. For investors working multiple markets, that's dozens of browser tabs, inconsistent search tools, and no easy way to see everything at once. We built ForeclosureCalendar to aggregate that data into one place. Clean interface. Current information. No logins. No sales funnels. Just the foreclosure auction information you need, in the format you need it.
54 Florida counties. One calendar.
Coverage spans the Atlantic coast, Tampa Bay, Orlando metro, Southwest Florida, and beyond. Each county has its own calendar, auction schedule, registration details, and investor context. Every Florida county will be live before the end of the year.

How we source the data
Every auction listing on ForeclosureCalendar is drawn from publicly available Florida foreclosure auction data. We aggregate, clean, and present — we don't add, editorialize, or speculate. We update weekly at minimum. High-traffic counties update more frequently. Every auction record shows its last-updated timestamp so you always know how current the information is.
What ForeclosureCalendar is not
We are a free reference tool for people who need Florida foreclosure auction data. Before bidding at any foreclosure auction, consult a real estate attorney, pull title on the property, and verify all details directly with the county clerk. ForeclosureCalendar is not a licensed real estate brokerage, a legal or financial advisor, a lead generation site that sells your information, or a replacement for professional due diligence.
